RETURN POLICY

Items bought on AMIIONTHEBOULEVARD.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be post parked no later than 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. No exceptions! All merchandise must be received back in its original form/packaging. All tags must be attached when returned. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.

No changes: No changes will be made once order has been placed. Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

Please note that all Clearance items, Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Jumpers, Suits, Sets (Co-Ords), Accessories, Swimwear, are Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 

The following additional items are excluded and cannot be returned.

  • Items marked final sale
  • Clearance items
  • Visibly worn items
  • Promotional items or free gifts
  • Items outside of policy window

In the event your item is damaged or defected we deeply apologize. Please email our customer support team within 3 days at orders@amiiontheboulevard.com with your order number, and a photo of the defective item and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

Want to Return your items? It’s as easy as 1,2,3. Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale or a clearance item. Other exclusions may apply.
  2. In your package that you received there is a return form. Please fill out the form completely and send it in with your original packaging. Orders received without a filled-out form/forms that do not indicate the color/size you are exchanging for, will be issued an automatic credit. If the item you are exchanging for is not in stock you will be issued an automatic refund.

  1. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable? Yes. However, some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Our full store policy can be read by clicking here. Final sale items include jewelry and accessories. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, yes. We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.  You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us. 

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process. 

When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds generally require 7-10 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times. 

Can I exchange my item? Once an order has been placed/processed we cannot go back change and/or exchange an item. Once you receive your package and you would like to return an item for a different color/size please send items back to the address listed on the return form. Please fill out return form completely. If you want to exchange for a different color/size if we have the item in stock, we will gladly ship the item to you. The customer will be responsible for postage for items that are needing to be exchanged. Customers will be sent a $15 dollar invoice from pay pal for the new shipping order. If we do not have that item in stock funds will automatically be refunded to the original payment type.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
