Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Due to covid and high-volume orders may be delayed. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 4 business days of purchasing, please contact us at oders@amiiontheboulevard.com
We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping! We currently offer USPS standard shipping. All orders are processed/shipped within 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping.
Please note, AMII ON THE BOULEVARD is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume holiday seasons (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.)
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high-volume season to avoid disappointment.
We will continue to ensure your AMII ON THE BOULEVARD order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we do appreciate your patience.
Tracking: To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, please visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
Return to Sender:
If this occurs, when it arrives, we will reach out to have you re-confirm the address to get it back to you. We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re-shipping charges of $15.00. Orders sent back as “Unclaimed”, Unable to forward” or as “Return to sender” are subject to a $15.00 re-shipping fee. You will receive a Pay pal invoice for re-shipping. Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
Please make sure you are putting in the correct address. Once an order has been placed, we cannot go back and change the address.
Please note that once you order has left our office, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. Any shipping delays that may occur once your package is picked up from our office, we are not responsible for. However, we do hold USPS accountable.
